Roger Ketchum – 5yrs experience in residential real estate investing, Oct ’02 – July ‘07. He received national recognition when he was featured in a book written by national speaker and author Ron Le Grand; How to Become a Quick-Turn Real Estate Millionaire. He has also spoken at several national events in regards to his success in the residential investing arena. In the commercial arena, he was recently joined a 30-member national “Inner Circle” group of commercial property investors. The group meets four times a year to discuss macro-economics, market trends, emerging markets, and investment strategies. |

Gary Bowles – Mechanical Engineer with Texas Eastman Corporation in Longview, Texas. He is a 28-yr employee with the company. Prior to his ownership in the company, Gary has been an investor with Roger Ketchum in the residential arena for the past 3 years. |

Sharon Ketchum – Sharon serves as out Chief Financial Officer and Office Manager. Her background began in part-time retail sales, working her way up to Buyer” for a large department store in N/W Louisiana. As a buyer, she would travel to market at New York, Chicago, & Dallas where her responsibilities included predicting seasonal fashions, buying of appropriate merchandise, and negotiating the terms of the sale, delivery timelines, and payment structures.
From there, she worked into store management and eventually moved into professional office management work. Her strengths include budgeting, short- term and long-term forecasting and cash flow analysis, quick-books, etc. She has excellent organization skills and is able to handle, efficiently and effectively,many tasks at once. |

Kendall Gaines – Serving as our Business Development Manager is Kendall Gaines. Kendall is a very dynamic person and has a very vibrant personality. She has an unparalleled ability to achieve success at any level. Her strengths include networking, investor and tenant relations, and negotiations. She also has great vision both for the company and individual developments. |

Nathan Long – Nathan in our construction consultant. He has over 20 years in commercial construction experience. His most recent project included serving as the Construction Supervisor on the multi-million dollar renovation and expansion project at 1st Presbyterian Church in Longview. He is a lifelong resident of Longview Texas. Nathan’s focus is to oversee our site supervisor on current projects as well as evaluating and pre-planning future projects. |

Charlie May - Charlie has spent the past 23 years in residential and commercial construction. He serves as our Site Supervisor on all projects. In addition to being an excellent rehabber, he has worked on four major apartment construction projects in Louisiana and Georgia. His responsibilities include bidding out all aspects of any construction project, scheduling and working closely with all subcontractors and overseeing all construction projects. |

Ryan Ketchum – Ryan is a full time college student who serves as our IT/Research intern. Ryan’s responsibilities include all office Information Technologies applications, researching market demographics for potential deals, and he is working to implement a “Grant Money” program to tap into potential funds available through government programs. As an introduction to property management, he also serves a manager for the 54-unit West Point Mini Storage facility. |

Jeanne Bivin – serves as the company broker/agent on any and all real estate transactions. Jeanne has over 30 years of experience in real estate. In addition to being a licensed broker, she is also a state certified appraiser and a construction cost engineer. |
